And how about Pavel? He spent seven years in the management of Česká pojišťovna, where he rose to the role of CEO. Before that, he worked at McKinsey & Company. In 2013, he founded the Vigo group (now Direct Family), which includes, among others, Direct pojišťovna, Direct auto, Direct Fidoo and Fondee.
